After receiving a quotation for grilles you may make a payment by check sent to our P. O. Box or thru PayPal.com. PayPal payments should be sent c/o our PayPal account: sales@foamspeakergrilles.com. When mailing a payment please include the order information and your address and contact information.
Checks are only deposited when your custom grilles are completed or nearing completion. When making payments by PayPal you may pay in full or send a partial payment (deposit) and then send (or we can bill you) the balance when your grilles are done and ready to ship.
PLEASE KEEP IN MIND ALL GRILLES ARE CUSTOM FABRICATED ONCE YOUR ORDER IS RECEIVED - ALLOW AT LEAST 1 TO 4 WEEKS (unfortunately sometimes more!) for completion and shipment. You may email or call for an update anytime.
We ship worldwide exclusively by USPS (US Postal Service) and in many cases (light shipping weights) ship by Priority, Priority International, or Global Express Mail - if you must have another carrier please let us know but there may be extra costs. Postal Service is the easiest and the rates and service are advantageous to both us and you.
